The Orionid meteor shower will be visible after midnight tonight. Look high in the southeast. The Orionid shower is a fairly dependable shower. You should see something of a show, but it does require patience and planning to properly view a meteor shower. Unfortunately, the third quarter Moon will rise around midnight and might interfere with your viewing this year.
